The Envoy AMT & Related amendment round interest arbitration took place the week of October 3rd, 2016. Both parties had to wait for the transcripts which were received on October 20th, 2016. Attorneys from each side are currently preparing their post hearing briefs. The Arbitrator panel has requested that the briefs be submitted to them by December 16th, 2016. Once the briefs are submitted the Arbitrator panel has 60 days to render an award.
