AMT & Related Topics for Interest Arbitration

Brothers and Sisters,

The Transport Workers Union of America and Envoy Air Inc. have exchanged the topics under Letter “Y” of the AMT & Related collective bargaining agreement for interest arbitration which is scheduled for October 3-7, 2016.

The TWU has submitted the following topics:

1. Hourly rate increase
2. Additional PDO Hours
3. Restoration of Pre-Bankruptcy Holiday pay
4. Restoration of daily overtime
5. Longevity pay

Envoy Air Inc. has submitted the following topics:

1. Language for a geographical premium
2. Additional special days for PDO (Weekends before Memorial and Labor Day)
3. Additional special days for PDO (6 current Holidays)
4. Overtime distribution process
