Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiating committee met with management through videoconference on Wednesday, November 17th & 18th.
During this week’s session we proposed Article 2 -Definitions, Article 10- Classifications and Qualifications, Article 14- Transfers and promotions, Article 15- Furlough and Recall.
Management only passed Article 17 – Fieldwork/TDY.

It is very unfortunate that we accomplished very little during this session and were unable to reach any tentative agreements.
Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for December 15th and 16th.
We thank you for your patience and understanding, and we are hopeful that we will continue making progress during this process and get you the contract YOU deserve.
