Your negotiating committee met with management through videoconference on Wednesday, December 15th & Thursday, December 16th.
The company passed our committee Articles 5- Personal Days Off, Article 10- Classifications and Qualifications, Article 14- Transfers and promotions and Article 15- Furlough and Recall.
Our TWU committee gave the company counter proposals on Articles 5- Personal Days Off and Article 6 Holidays.
We were able to reach a tentative agreement on Article 9 – Seniority.

Historically contract negotiations is a lengthy process, in our hopes to try and expedite this process we requested and have agreed with the company to meet for three days in our future negotiation sessions.
Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for January 11th – 13th, 2022.
