Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiating committee met with the company via teleconference on Tuesday, November 8th. The company gave us a counter proposal on the wage scales for all work groups. Their compensation proposal once again showed very little movement in our direction. On Wednesday, November 9th they passed us a term sheet with the remaining open items. Your committee will continue to work on counter proposals so that we can pass them during our next scheduled session.
We will continue to fight at the negotiating table for what you have earned and deserve.
Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for December 1st, 2022.
