Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiating committee met in person for the first time since the pandemic began. We met on Tuesday, October 19th and prepared some proposals. We then met with the company on for October 20th and 21st, 2021, via video conference.
During this week’s session we exchanged proposals on Article 5 – Personal Days Off, Article 6 – Holidays, Article 7 – Sick Leave/On the Job Injury/Catastrophic Sick Bank, Article 11- Overtime, Article 13- Hours of Work and Article 17 – Field Work.
We were able to reach a tentative agreement on Article 13- Hours of Work.

Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for November 17th and 18th.
Your committee will be meeting prior to that on November 3rd – 5th via Zoom to continue to work on the remaining Articles.
