Your negotiations committee met with the company on Monday, September 12th and Tuesday, September 13th.
On Monday afternoon, the company passed us a counter proposal on Article 4- Compensation. Although the company moved toward our direction, we are still not there yet. On Tuesday, we countered their proposal and will expect a response from them on September 29th. Prior to our next meeting our economist will be costing out the proposals.
We will continue to work hard to bring back the contract YOU deserve. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for Sept. 29th.
