Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiations committee met with the company on Tuesday, August 16th and Wednesday, August 17th.
On Tuesday your committee passed a counter proposal to the company on Article 4- Compensation for all Title groups.
The company worked on their counter proposal the remainder of the day and Wednesday morning. On Wednesday afternoon, the company only passed us a counter proposal for the AMT wage scale. They were not prepared to give us a counter for the other Title groups. We continued to work the rest of the afternoon and prepared another counter proposal for the AMT wage scale and passed it back to the company.

Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for Sept. 12th & 13th.
