Your negotiating committee met with the company via teleconference on Tuesday July 26th. The company gave us a counter proposal on the wage scales for all work groups. Once again, their proposal showed very little movement in our direction. As such, we ended talks for the week. We are extremely disappointed with their lack of willingness to offer wages that reflect the hard work that is done by YOU.
We will continue to fight at the negotiating table for what you have earned and deserve.
Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for August 16th – 18th, 2022.
