Dear Brothers and Sisters,
On Tuesday we met with the company and received proposals from the company on Articles 4 – Compensation, Article 5 – Personal Days Off, Article 17- Fieldwork, Article – 21 Grievance Procedure, Article 22 – System Boards of Adjustment and Letter D.
The company’s compensation proposal again fell far short of where we need to be. On Wednesday your negotiating team passed back the same pay proposal that we gave them in February.
We were able to reach tentative agreements on Article 21- Grievance Procedure, Article 22 – System Board of Adjustment and Letter D.

Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for June 29th – July 1st.
