Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Your negotiating committee met with management through videoconference on Tuesday February 15th through Thursday, February 17th.
The TWU and the Company exchanged Article 1- Recognition and Scope, Article 4- Compensation, Article 5- Personal Days Off, Article 10- Classifications and Qualifications, Article 14- Transfers and Promotions, Article 17- Field Work, Article 19- General and Article 24- Part-time employees.
There was substantial progress during this session. We were able to reach tentative agreements on Article 1- Recognition and Scope, Article 14- Transfers and Promotions, Letter B- CR-1 Entries and rebuttals and Letter R- MQT Field Trips.

Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for March 22nd – 24th, 2022.
