Your negotiating committee met with management through videoconference on Tuesday January 11th through Thursday, January 13th.
The TWU and the Company exchanged Articles 1- Recognition and Scope, 5- Personal Days Off, 10- Classifications and Qualifications, 14- Transfers and Promotions, 15- Furlough and Recall, 17- Field Work, 19- General and 25- Union Security.
Although discussions were intense and in depth, we were only able to reach a tentative agreement on Article 25- Union Security.

Our next meeting with the company is scheduled for February 15th – 17th, 2022.
